Conducting the Victim & Creator Sessions
This section, taken from our Psychoeducation CBT Course, shows the steps we use to teach this method: :
- Introduce Victim Mindset as one type of faulty thinking (plug it into CBT Basics)
- Emphasize the role of responsibility
- Familiarize them with characteristics of victims & creators
- Help them recognize and change victim mindset to that of a Creator
